With a South-Asian upbringing, Canadian-born Ricky has experienced multiculturalism first-hand. With this unique insight, Ricky first honed his skills within the telecom, advertising and broadcast industries, delivering results-oriented customer-centric programs to blue-chip clients. Now, with that same relentless conviction in the power of brand management, Ricky has turned his talents to the task of delivering Canada's cultural communities to corporate Canada with strategic promotional campaigns at Spike.

A lover of the arts, sports and comedy, Ricky's cosmopolitan view of life enables him to develop tactics that are on-target and innovative. As a graduate of Sheridan's Business Management program, Ricky's passionate professionalism has led him to focus on engaging new Canadian shoppers through the intricacies, nuances and differences that each culture celebrates.

The epitome of Canada's new face on the world, Ricky is determined to lead progressive brands with relevant, effective programs that deliver awareness and trial from untapped markets. His experience includes working with Diageo, Dynamic Hospitality and Entertainment, Mazda Canada, McCain Foods, Merck Frosst Canada, Ontario Science Centre and Visa Canada.

Ricky holds various Sales and Marketing Certificates and is involved in the leadership of local community events. When he is not "Spiking" Canadian brands' sales with multicultural markets, you can see Ricky on stage or screen, hopefully making people laugh – or playing hockey, golf, baseball, tennis, or any other sport for that matter!
